A bit late getting to the computer on this Saturday, but I wanted to keep this dying theme going by posting this one from the 1990 Lard album The Last Temptation of Reid, called "Mate Spawn and Die."

Lard was formed when Jello Biafra essentially joined Ministry.  Biafra and Al Jourgensen kept the band going throughout the 90s with several other Ministry members, but Lard is currently listed as being "on hiatus."  According to the band's Wiki page, Jourgensen has said there may very well be another Lard album at some point.

One can only hope, but in the meantime, this one is worth checking out.  If you're into Jello or Ministry at all, it seems like a no-brainer.

Hear "Mate Spawn and Die" on YouTube.

This is part of a week-long series on songs about dying.
