I was originally going to skip today.  But it Pat can unearth an entry on a Saturday after not posting for an entire month, I guess I can whip one out too.

During my "good songs from crappy albums" week, I posted the Romeo Void standard "Never Say Never."  Love that song.  Hated the album it was on.

Never heard their later release Instincts, so I don't know if it sucks large amounts of donkeys as well.  It could hardly be worse.  It does, however, contain another favorite single, called "A Girl in Trouble (Is a Temporary Thing)", which was actually more successful than "Never Say Never" in terms of chart position.

If that album does in fact blow greasy chunks, then I guess some bands were just like that.  They could make a great hit single but couldn't do a good album filler track if their lives depended on it.
